• 2008 ENTRY FEES:
  $275 Solo and Voyager
  $495 Tandems and Two-Person Team
  $895 Four-Person Team
  $1,395 Eight-Person Tandem Team
   
• Entry fees include: One t-shirt per rider; two water bottles, one post-race awards banquet ticket per rider plus two crew tickets per solo rider or team; one finisher medal for each successful rider; one finisher jersey for each successful rider. Additional t-shirts and banquet tickets must be ordered at least one month before the race. Additional finisher jerseys, wind vests and matching shorts may be ordered after the race. • Entry fee does not include the optional drop bag service for Voyager Racers; which may be purchased for $50. 
   
• After July 15th, entry fees increase $100 in each category.
   
• Entry fees are refundable, less $50 per rider, until August 1st. We do not refund any amount of the fees paid to active.com if you registered on-line. No refunds after August 1st.

• Registration closes August 15th.
   
• Relay Team and Tandem Team entrants: If you're using active.com, the person filling out the form must enter detailed and accurate information for all team members. If you're using the mail-in form, each racer must fill out the form separately; but all forms must be submitted together with payment.
   
• Relay Team and Tandem Team Names: Each team must choose a name to be used for identification purposes during the race. Please use good taste when choosing the name. The Race Directors have discretion to veto team names and require that the team select an alternative. Solo racers will be identified by their last name.
   
• Flexibility regarding relay team rosters:  Each team must enter with two or four racers (or eight for the eight-racer tandem category). If one or more of the team members gets hurt or cannot start, substitutions are allowed to the team roster up until the time of racer check-in on Friday.
